Sidley, the quaint coastal town nestled along the shores, geared up for a fun maritime adventure with this nautical themed festival. The Seamagic festival celebrates all things oceanic, from mermaids to pirates, from sea witches to sharks, from smugglers to sailors, and more.
This free-to-attend festival is suitable for all ages and abilities, whether you wanted to witness our maritime wonders, or get involved by dressing up to be part of the costume competition and parade. Medals were given to all participants, children and adults alike, and prizes were given out to the best costumes.
With the resources we had, many families were also able to nab a free children’s book from our information stand.
