18 Hours offers creative film-making workshops, with Nick Pilton, as part of our events programme and independently.
These workshops offer a safe, creative space for people to engage in audio-visual activities that develop skills and build confidence. It’s a great way for participants to discover and tell meaningful stories and sharing these stories through film can help people communicate.
Making collaborative films is fun, brings people together and helps develop ‘soft’ skills like communication, teamwork and problem-solving.
Nick Pilton is an experienced creative practitioner and filmmaker with expertise in using moving images as a tool for change and engaging groups in creative and skills development.
His focus is working collaboratively and co-creating projects with groups and organisations that represent communities and those with little or no experience of production or performance.
